Returned Goods Policy Most items may be returned with prior approval. Return Authorization Forms must accompany the return of all shipments. Returned stock items may be subject to a 10% or more restocking charge depending on the products or situation. Merchandise must be in the original factory package and be in new resalable condition. Special Order Items cannot be returned without factory approval, and the factory restocking policy will apply. Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid. Call Customer Service at 402-434-5446. Terms All orders are shipped C.O.D. unless the customer has been approved for open-account status or has paid by credit card. Open accounts are established after completion and approval of your credit application. Limitation of Liability MIDWEST UNLIMITED's liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the order. We shall not be liable for special or consequential damages including, but not limited to personal injury, loss of profit, or cost of substitute goods. This limitation applies whether such claim arises from warranty or negligence and whether such claim arises from design, manufacture or sale. Defective Material The Manufacturers warranties apply to all Materials sold by Midwest Unlimited. No other warranty expressed or implied is offered.
